2023 Production Update

In 2022 and 2023, we invested significantly in our production facilities. After a long planning application process, we added an extension to our existing factory. This increased the building’s footprint by around 40% and provided additional natural light and insulation to our production area. We also increased our LED lighting, rewired the original factory, and following an assessment of our assembly processes, we disposed of outdated and underused machinery.

To further increase our production capacity and ensure that our lead times remain one of the best in the industry, we have purchased a new CNC aluminium profiling machine (one of the first of this model in the UK) and a further new CNC saw system.  A further CNC profiling machine is due in shortly and should be fully installed and working by the middle of May.
